Lead Big Data Engineer

Job Description:

• Interact and establish good communication channels with clients and India team in defining project outcomes, project plans, continuous monitoring of execution
• Work closely with program manager, scrum master, and architects to convey technical impacts to development timeline and risks
• Design a big-data ecosystem with interactions with various systems like Kafka, Hadoop, MongoDB etc.,
• Lead a development team of data engineers
• Drive technical development and application standards across enterprise data platforms & Banking domain

Skillsets needed:

• Has extensively worked with large volume and streaming data
• Has worked in Kafka / Kineses and/or Spark streaming
• Good understanding of HDFS
• Have worked with noSQL databases like MongoDB, HBase or Cassandra
• Has experience in productionizing and maintaining jobs
• Constructing robust end to end data pipelines
