Job Summary
Proficiency in English verbal and written MIS reports generation Proficiency in Excel , Pivots , trend analysis Root cause analysis reporting Communication verbal and email to clients Familiarity of technology behind digital channels ( beginner s )
Qualification : Graduate, For Operations manager, MBA shall be preferred.
The candidate is required to handle / manage operations related to Digital channels like Micro ATM , AEPS , IMPS , UPI for the merchant / aggregator eco system . This will involve day to day interactions with the aggregator / merchants and the technology team for responding to the transaction level issues reported to Maximus . It would need coordination between Bank , NPCI , Merchants and internal teams
- Experience of at least 2 years in running operations, handling agents , aggregators , digital channels , commission calculation and management , reconciliation and settlement , Chargebacks, Queries management first level technical and operational.
- Experience of handling operational environment with high transactions per day
Qualification : Graduate, For Operations manager, MBA shall be preferred.
