We are looking for an HR Recruiter to join our Team

Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment-Blue Collar And White Collar (Contractual/Permanent) for Internal And Client Requirements
  • Preparing Job Description For New Requirements
  • Sourcing Candidates According To Relevant Job Criteria Using Networking, Recruiting Firms And Employee Referrals
  • Scheduling Interviews All Joining Formalities, Preparing Joining Kit, Induction
  • Database Management & HR Filing
  • Prepare The Reports Of Recruitment Status, Joining And Exit Report.
  • Responsible For Maintaining Complete Database Of Employees Handling
  • Other HR Responsibilities As An When Required Experience In Campus Recruitment (Contractual Manpower)
  • Attendance And Leave Management Preparing Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Salary Annexure, Experience Letter, Confirmation Letter, Appraisal Letter etc.

Desired Profile -

  • Min 2 Years of Experience in Recruitment
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Must be a graduate (any stream)
  • Have good written & verbal communication skills (Both English & Hindi)

Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - recruitment skill with 2+ years experience
  • Required - Bachelor's or higher education

    Required - Located in Gurgaon

    Required - Good command over English

    Experience Required :

    2 to 4 Years
