Functional Area: IT

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 - 5 yrs.

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• This position is for a developing professional individual contributor in Information Technology, who works under moderate supervision.
• Responsible for providing Operating System and hardware support.
• Member of the team in ensuring server incidents are managed within SLA.
• Utilizes server management and monitoring tools to proactively manage the infrastructure.
• Installs, monitors and manages windows server infrastructure and related installed applications.
• Performs installations, patches and upgrades through approved change management mechanisms.
• Manages incident tickets to resolution within SLA, and according to approved documented standards.
• Diagnoses and repairs system problems; utilizing tool sets available and working closely with other internal groups/vendor support.
• Maintains and monitors compliance to corporate security policies; Administrative Accounts use, Anti virus, Patch status, Services etc.
• Ensures all corporate processes are adhered to ensuring changes to the enterprise service infrastructure are fully documented following the best practice principles of ITIL.
