Role:
To ensure that customer needs are fully met on every record through the achievement of quality and service targets and the delivery of first class customer service.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge in Data and Logical reasoning

Good Typing skills

Should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to think on their feet.

Prior experience in upselling /cross selling will be an added advantage

Basic computer knowledge, MS Excel

Willing to work in rotational shifts with split off

Minimum 1 yr to 4 yrs of experience from International customer service background
