  • Manage and resolve customer queries.
  • Pitch sales and close calls to achieve the targets.
  • Cross sell various Banking/ financial products.
  • Manage customer database.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 6months to1 year experience in Bpo/Call center.
  • Candidates with high energy and convincing skills are preferable.
  • Excellent communication Skills with multilingual languages are preferable.
  • Freshers are also welcome.
