Essential Functions (Responsibilities)Lead the SWB Team to guide delivery of program activities. Primary role is to act as a people manager to take care of people issues, resource planning and allocation, GDC management, QA/QC management. Resource management and Allocation Set-up processes of SWB team Set-up operational metrics for the SWB team Planning, estimation and hiring of resources Onsite-Offshore team co-ordination Lead development teams to coach and mentor them towards delivery excellence Capacity planning GDC Management and metrics Strong process focus, integration and org. development activities to increase productivity

Minimum Requirements

Working knowledge and strong understanding of the following technology/domainQuality Assurance function and setting up project processesCreating and managing metrics programExperience in project/program managementOrganization building experienceQualifications/ RequirementsDegree in IT or work-related job experienceMinimum 11 years of experience of which at least 6 years should be in IT and at least 3 years in IT project managementLeading and managing large teamsOnsite experience at client site assignmentsGood communication skills, both written and verbalBE/Masters in Science/ MBAProject management, quality certificationMajority of the experience must be in top 5 Indian IT companies or consulting MNCs like Accenture or IBM etc
