Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team at MSTPL. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, jQuery, and frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS. You will collaborate closely with our team to design and implement innovative, efficient solutions for web applications, ensuring high performance and user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build responsive, interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with ReactJS is preferred, and AngularJS is optional.
• Backend Development: Develop server-side logic and APIs using NextJS, Java Spring Boot API, and NodeJS.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases with SQL, PLSQL, and write complex Procedures/Functions.
• Authentication & Security: Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms for web applications, ensuring secure access control.
• API Development: Build and integrate RESTful APIs for smooth communication between front-end and back-end.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to create efficient solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Apply strong problem-solving and analytical skills to debug, test, and optimize applications.
• Code Documentation: Document code, processes, and technical specifications for internal use.

Key Skills & Expertise

• Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with good knowledge of UI design and responsive web development.
• Backend Technologies: Experience with NextJS, Java Spring Boot API, and NodeJS. Familiarity with EJS templating and API (RESTful) development.
• Database Knowledge: Experience with SQL, PLSQL, and writing stored Procedures/Functions.
• Authentication: Knowledge of implementing secure authentication mechanisms across different technologies.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
• Technologies: Familiarity with frameworks and technologies such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Spring Boot, NextJS, and databases like SQL and PLSQL.
