Position Responsibilities: Provides leadership, oversight and management for the Managed Services practice Recruit, mentor and build an effective Managed Services team Lead the ongoing build-out of our Managed Services processes and methodologies Develop and implement strategies for delivering exceptional customer service and support, ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded Help develop a collaborative culture with all other functional areas within MindTickle Ensure smooth and timely ongoing project execution through the maintenance of regular status meetings and reporting, and by soliciting continuous feedback customers Act as a point of technical escalation for the Managed Services team Identify areas of opportunities and growth for Managed Services function Own the growth of the Managed Services book of business along with Services Leadership Lead managed services related Pre-Sales activity Review and update the SOW contracts and give feedback to the Sales and Enablement teams Act as Project Manager for critical strategic accounts or complex deployments and groom the team members to Project Manage their accounts Review the work deliverables, status reports on all areas and identify opportunities to improve project deliverables and implement best practices for changing needs and requirements Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor s Degree required. 7+ years of professional work experience as a leader in Managed Services. 2+ years leading customer-facing services teams. Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required. Advanced project management and execution skills are required. Must be extremely organized, detail & process-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years B2B experience, managing large-scale, global projects. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
