Mindtree is looking for a Banking CoE Lead with experience ranging between 12 and 18 years for its Bangalore center. We are also flexible for other locations.
The Banking COE lead will work with Banking and Financial Services (BFS) practice which creates domain solutions and accelerators to add domain value to the customers. This apart, any new innovation in BFS space comes from BFS practice.
This job might be for you if:
You have strong domain knowledge in Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Cards and Payments and Digital Banking.
You have worked in Banking COE in your past engagements and have expertise in banking solutioning, accelerators in new technologies and new domain areas in Banking.
You are well accustomed with SDLC and Agile methodology.
You have strong BA acumen which entails requirement gathering, preparing functional and business document and test cases. Project management experience is a plus to have.
You are well versed with latest banking regulations.
You have excellent communication skills and be proactive in your day to day modus operandi.
At Mindtree:
You will be responsible for creating the Banking COE from scratch and will lead a team of BAs.
You have to come up with solutions, POCs, Prototype in newer Banking technology, industry trends and best practice adopted in Banking industry.
You will inculcate domain training across the organization.
You will take care of the Governance Risk and Regulation COE within BFS.
You will exhibit thought leadership which means coming out with whitepapers; position papers; blogs, articles in leading journals.
You will be responsible for Alliance Management and will work with the Fintech partners Mindtree has in its BFS space.
You will interact with different stakeholders within Mindtree and must exhibit collaborative spirit.
Mandatory Skills
BA (Business Analysis), core banking, banking product experience.
