Job Summary

The Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering functional solutions on the Salesforce.com platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technical and solution that will include configuration, development, integration, and customization of complexSalesforceenvironments
  • Takes direction from project team members and immediate supervisor, but takes initiative and shows leadership when appropriate.
  • Is able to exercise independent judgment on small and medium-sized client engagements or take a lead role on key components of a larger project
  • Take direction from Technical Architect or VP, design, and architect from high-level user stories and implement a solution to completion without direct supervision as needed.
  • Develop software solutions onSalesforce.com API framework and 3rd party APIs if needed.
  • Experience with developing on theSalesforceplatform.
  • Lightning Components Preferably AURA Components(LWC exposure is addon)
  • SLDS CSS , Angularjs framework is nice to have
  • Apex,Triggers, Visualforce, Batch and Future patterns, Flows, Process builders Community cloud is nice to have
  • Demonstrates calm under pressure, is a proactive contributor with an eagerness to learn
  • Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
  • Ad hoc analysis and conduct research projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ yearsSalesforcedevelopment experience
  • 1+ years experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Aura/LWC Components.
  • Strong SOQL experience
  • SFDC architecture experience
  • SFDC developer certification
  • Highly developed listening skills required
  • Excellent, highly professional written and oral communication skills required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be highly motivated self-starter
  • Able to maintain poise under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with version control such as git
  • Experienced in Agile Process like Kanban/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experienced in Offshore/onshore Coordination.
