Job Summary
As a Product Management Associate at Mitsogo, you will help define and deliver products that IT teams and end-users love. You will join a team of innovators, disruptors, and trailblazers who are helping drive business productivity and compliance across the industry and making a difference in the way people work around the world.
Your responsibilities include
- Research market trends, competitive offerings, and feature requirements to improve Hexnode product roadmaps
- Coordinate with Customer Success to collect product requirements and requests from existing and potential customers, subject matter experts, and internal teams
- Create product workflows that clearly communicate goals, desired user experience, and functionality requirements
- Work with Design to develop UX prototypes and visual mockups. Test them internally and collect feedback
- Collaborate with Engineering to create product architectures, data models, and implementation plans that align with company objectives
- Demonstrate use-cases and develop test data to communicate feature requirements and test strategies to Engineering
- Collaborate with stakeholders and assist in developing product pricing and positioning strategies
- Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to make sure new features are communicated and demonstrated effectively to customers
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure that data requirements for new implementations are understood, implementations are smooth and help identify and resolve issues.
