  • Response to user queries,Support ticket classification,Prioritize issues,Ticket escalation to the next level of support, Maintaining SLA's.
  • Responsible for Issue analysis, Identification of bug and the workaround.
  • Response to Functional queries, Understanding & analysis of user requirement for minor enhancements.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and capable of handling multiple projects.
