Job Summary
Must Haves: Extensive and current hands-on experience creating application build pipelines in a Lead DevOps capacity Expert level proficiency in two or more of the following development languages: Shell, Bash, Go, Groovy, Python, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, C#, C++ Docker and hands on experience with Kubernetes preferably or Cloud Foundry Certification in AWS or Azure with a prior track record of delivery large transformation projects. Extensive and current hands-on experience creating application build pipelines. Hands on skills and project experience with automated package delivery tools - one or more of Ansible, Chef or Puppet. Strong skills with build management servers such as Jenkins 2.0 and/or TeamCity. Hands on skills and project experience the following application build tools - Npm or Gulp and Maven or Gradle Working knowledge of Tomcat and WebSphere application servers and Java containers Basic infrastructure knowledge - Operating Systems, VMs, Containers, Proxy, Nginx Strong awareness of the software build cycle Good understanding of PaaS Willingness to drive our clients to a true modern DevOps culture Passion for code quality. A strong understanding of the entire DevOps tool chain from a quality perspectiveNice to have Certification with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with at least 6 months plus experience in delivery medium to large transformation projects would be a major bonus. Experience working with Travis and/or Circle CI Understanding of application deployment orchestration tools such as UrbanCode deploy Prior experience of Junit and/or Jasmine non-functional, functional and unit test frameworks and tools. Strong awareness of security considerations and security tools used to integrate with the build pipeline covering OWASP top 10
