Job Summary

What will you be doing Synthesize and derive product strategy and vision from interactions with customers, business stakeholders, legal and policy teams, competitive insights, and market trends; build and manage an actionable product roadmap for your charter @ MoEngage Create business cases outlining the projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap. Bring value addition by thinking big, continuously pitching new product ideas, and championing them to execution; Work across stakeholders, and influence them to prioritize problems or themes to reach the outcomes Define and own the business metrics and OKRs for our products, Launch products, and features that solve customer problems and help them achieve outcomes Collaborate with engineering, sales, product, customer success and support, and design teams to ensure alignment on roadmap and prioritization, and product delivery, sales, and adoption Manage the entire product line s life cycle from strategic planning to go-to-market activities. Provide initiative rollout status & monitor the impact of each initiative launched Build a world-class team of Product managers by mentoring team members for success in the PM role, reviewing their work, and evaluating employee performance Skills & Requirements 8+ years in software product management with a consistent record of timely and quality delivery of software products, 3+ years of direct people management experience; Experience of 2 or more years in one or more of the following is a plus: Working on scaling a B2B SaaS Product, Building 0-1 SaaS product for US/EU The knack to fall in love with a problem than the solution, Product thinking with an understanding of both qualitative and quantitative measures to make decision Knowledge in developing simple and elegant feature functionalities that deliver the world-class user experience Experience leading product teams establishing product roadmaps and ensuring teams deliver on key achievements; High bias for action with a demonstrable history of identifying and resolving cross-project interdependencies Ability to juggle several initiatives and shift priorities as needed Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written communication) with a knack for storytelling backed by data-based insights
