Salesforce Developer Job in Monexo

The Salesforce Developer will perform hands-on technical implementation, with a focus on delivering solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. The Salesforce Developer will take a lead role in the design, implementation, deployment and documentation of Monexo technology projects that leverage Salesforce.com

Responsible for:

• Serve as the subject matter expert for solution architecture that will include configuration, development, integration and customization of Monexo environment.
• Serve as technical lead for Salesforce projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Programming and Administration (develop code, custom objects, Visual Force pages, Apex, reports, workflows and assignment rules).
• Design and program solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming language and Visual Force.
• Develop software solutions using MS tools, Salesforce.com API framework, and 3rd party APIs.
• Perform testing and defect fixes.
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions through Salesforce.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Atleast 4 years of proven Salesforce experience working on integrations, customisations, support, developments and enhancements.
• Development experience on the Salesforce platform (Including Custom Objects, Large Data Volumes, Performance Tuning, Apex, Triggers, Web Services, Visualforce and Migration Tools).
• Salesforce Certified Developer.
• BFSI experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, SQL and relational database.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to interact with various project stakeholders to meet product quality outputs and meet deadlines.
