Responsibilities Demonstrate strong track record of team leadership within a large scale rapid environment must have end to end management experience in customer facing role Strong problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyse quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables are essential Candidate with good exposure in setting up a program, hiring, scaling and managing large teams, and process improvement Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve broader insights into managing work streams and outcomes Facilitate recurring communication upward and across project teams including project status, justifications for variances and technical information. Experience managing and contributing to sales proposals by collaborating and negotiating with multi-disciplinary teams to shape a cohesive delivery approach, team shape, and cost estimates to deliver transformative value driven proposals Experience working with Agile delivery methods and collaboration tools. Experience in writing, reviewing, and finalizing statements of work Identify training needs of the team to re-skill and close staffing needs for upcoming engagements. Manage aspirations of the team, provide feedback regularly on the performance and keep the team motivated & engaged. Provide leadership & mentor delivery managers, project managers Ability to travel as needed. Requirements 15+ years of IT Software Development and delivery experience including 5+ years in managing global delivery. Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Experience handling UX design projects is preferred. Offshore Delivery management experience (should have handled a large enterprise accounts or multiple small and medium sized accounts) Relevant experience at a digital agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences Scrum or SaFe Certification is a plus
