Visual Designer Job in Moonraft Innovation Labs

Responsibilities Have a robust understanding of the design process and its application Collaborate with internal teams & clients to define user interface requirements Experiment and develop original visual creatives that are driven by strategic inputs and integrated between touch points and product experiences for different platforms & devices Produce original assets including visual components, icons and digital styles Bring inspired ideas to the table and guiding those ideas through to fruition with extreme attention to detail Create style guides and scalable components from scratch that are part of a larger design system Create design concepts with detailed micro-interactions and present your output to internal teams and client leadership You may need to work closely with Moonraft s client team that may include Product Owners, Delivery managers, Product Designers Deliver and QA the output to ensure designs and assets are ready for handoff Collaborate with the engineering team and ensure the integrity of original design is maintained and it meets the appropriate usability standards Be willing to align your output to existing brand guidelines and patterns Experiment with the latest design practices, tools & techniques Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects Requirements Masters/Bachelors degree in design discipline or 2+ equivalent experience in UX domain 0-3 years of industry experience An online portfolio with latest projects showcasing abilities across a wide range of platforms (school/live). Share password if protected or be willing to showcase the work during the interview Candidates must have working knowledge of user-centered design methods, techniques and end-to-end design process Aware of WCAG guidelines and ways to implement Proficiency with tools such as Sketch, Figma, XD, Axure, etc. Experience in creating style-guides & design systems is a plus Ability to create original artworks, illustrations and icons is a plus
