Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with product teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of software products

• Identify documentation requirements and create high-quality product documentation

• Create easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

• Create product tutorials to help end-users

• Develop whitepapers, blog content etc. for the software products team

Candidate Profile & Skills required

• Minimum 4 years of industry experience as technical writer

• Minimum 1 year experience in creating software product documentation

• Ability to deliver high quality technical documentation paying attention to detail

• Excellent written skills in English

• Basic familiarity with software development process & agile methodologies
