Roles and Responsibilities
- Create user experience goals, priorities and deliverables as part of a product engineering team
- Conduct user research and usability tests for software products
- Communicate design ideas and user experience via personas, user flows, wireframes, storyboards, mockups and prototypes
- Drive user focus and user driven product excellence in the team
Candidate Profile & Skills required
- 5+ years of experience
- Minimum 3+ years of industry experience in the UX specialist role
- Experience in building web based software products as part of a products division
- Experience in user research, analytics, quick prototyping and storytelling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with SaaS products is a plus
