Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement a strategic plan for expanding company's B2B segment.
• Build a sales team and set up a playbook to help the team achieve their targets.
• Work closely with the Business Development and Operations teams to identify and execute new business opportunities.
• Build strong customer relationships with the focus of translating these into higher ARR.

Ideal team member would have

• 5+ years of work experience with at least 2 years of experience as a sales lead or sales director.
• A strong proven track record in B2B sales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with a passion for sales
