Roles and Responsibility

• Looking for a Scrum Lead to Implement Agile practices and principles for our Engineering team to deliver high quality products/projects and contribute to the advancement and improvement of Agile practices within the organization.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing project scope and timelines effectively.
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting.
• Ensuring the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Enhancing scrum practices as per the need of the teamin synergy with project requirements.
• Ensure each person is working on the right tasks to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Enabling collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

Key Requirements :

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Contributor in any Technical domain Java/Python/Node/Testing/DevOps will be a plus.
• Must have demonstrable experience as a Scrum master.
• Must have JIRA (Scrum & Kanban)/Confluence experience, Jira workflow & Administration experience. Experience in latest tools will be a plus.
• You possess strong practical knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Crystal, XP, etc
• A scrum master certification (CSM) would be a strong plus (but not mandatory, practical skills are all that matter)
• You have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
• Must have experience in facilitating & co-ordinating scrum calls between onshore and offshore teams.
• Good in Providing proper feedback in scrum retrospective meeting & planning & strategizing for Sprints based on Individual developer productivity (backed by data,i.e Sprint Reports).
• Good problem solving, decision making and prioritization skills.
