6.) A data-driven growth mindset and the ability to think strategically
7.) Work with the team to manage email campaigns, including planning, designing, segmenting lists, testing, reporting and optimisation.
8.) Maintain all email lists and segmentations
9.) Evaluate and report on all email campaigns & flows against email KPIs including open, click-through and unsubscribe rates
10.) Good English written Skill
