Job Summary Objective:Velocity Technology Solutions is seeking a SAP CRM Consultant to serve as a key individual contributor on an existing team.

Responsibilities:

    • Functional expertise in functional module for SAP CRM.
    • Good understanding of SAP functionality offered by the SAP product for SAP CRM area.
    • Ability to gather customer requirement and translate them into functional design.
    • Ability to train advanced users, design, develop and troubleshoot issues related to CRM.
    • Has experience across implementation, support, and rollout projects and execution
    • Methodologies. Is conversant with integration of SAP CRM solution with other modules like MM and SD.

Requirements:

    • Ensured that the implementation of business systems to support business goals, objectives and needs in the areas of accurate processing of quotes and orders from CRM to ECC
    • Wrote functional specification documents for Activities, Tasks, Opportunities and Sales Reports.
    • Did SAP CRM Master Data, Order Management, Lead management, Pricing and Complaints Management configuration.
    • Configured product registration, warranty management, pricing for return as well as repair process. Implementation of creation of BP through workflow, integration with Adobe Forms. Configuration of Lead, opportunity, questionnaire, status, priority.
    • Configured the Middleware settings in CRM and ECC, Administration Console, Data Loads, Middleware Enhancements using BADIs and User Exits.
    • Configured the Web UI, Business Roles, PFCG Roles, Navigation Profile, Work Centers, Technical Profile, etc. Comprehensively involved in designing custom enhancements using various CRM BADIs and CRM WEBUI.
    • Hands on experience with internet Customer self-service(ICSS)
    • Candidate must ensure that compliance with data protection legislation under the DPA, EU GDPR, any other applicable data protection legislation.

    • Excellent analytical skills and problem solving/investigation approach
    • Good communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams
    • The candidate should be a self-starting problem solver with an ability to understand business challenges and address them through innovative software engineering practices
    • Multi-tasking ability to work across projects, clients, and geographies
