Job Summary
  • Lead strategic initiatives and build unique models to meet client outcomes.
  • Lead, Anchor, Drive tailored strategic and operational solutions to RFPs/bids/bid defenses in achieving client goals, through optimal costing yet deliverable solutions, at a local, regional and global level.
  • Ensure all aspect of the clinical development and operations are considered with the penultimate aim of bringing the client compound to the market.
  • This includes driving the creation, enhancement and operationalization of advanced new solutions by leveraging on domain expertise and how to leverage technology support.
  • Well versed in and operational knowledge to support clinical research planning and overall study approach strategy.
  • Responsible for strategy and operations planning for clinical trial across full trail life cycle e.g. protocol development, startup, feasibility, patient recruitment, biostatistics, data management, randomization and project management.
  • Serves as therapeutic and operational expects responsible for developing customized project specific execution strategies to meet our customers unique development challenges.
