Job Summary

Job Description Responsibilities: Participate in all post-sales activity for our customers through strong relationship building, product knowledge, planning and execution. Develop a deep understanding of the product and speak with customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. Assist with new client Implementations by configuring the scope provided by the team. Ensure that a plan is in place with each customer for deployment, change management and adoption programs. Increase customer retention by ensuring complete satisfaction during and post implementation. Encourage customers to adopt the platform to ensure we becomes their core system. Identification and tracking of enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of customers. Function as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how we can continue to improve our service Requirements Key Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills Outstanding client relationship building skills Ability to manage priorities successfully Good attention to detail Outstanding work ethic with commitment to results Background in SAAS industry is an advantage but not a must Time management Ability to work individually, but also collaboratively within a team
