Job Summary
Business Development Director Duties and Responsibilities
- Finding and closing new sales leads
- Handle and Manage End-to-End Sales Cycle - Lead Generation, Prospecting, Negotiation and Closing deals
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
- Attending Networking events
- Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
- Building trust and long-term relationships with clients and partner network across the ecosystem
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results
- Coordinating with NCrypted's international teams for project planning and execution located in India, USA
- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
Business Development Director Requirements
- Finnish Native Speaker
- Entrepreneurial Mindset
- Passion for Startups, Internet Business and Technology
- Prior Startup/Co-founding experience a definite advantage
- English Language + Solid Communication & Presentation Skills
- Explore Tech Startups and understanding of how software products work would be a plus point
