Job Summary
Skills Required :
- Create and own the test plan and test strategy for functional and non-functional testing.
- Present an aggregate view of testing to the client and internal management.
- Manage and respond to software quality assurance issues with related groups such as development, database, integration, and customer support.
- Anticipate program release problems and take corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
- Own the strategy for defect management/workflow/bug cycle.
- Deploy and manage resources for testing.
- Apply the appropriate test measurements and test metrics.
- Guiding team for functional and non functional testing.
Skills Required :
- 12+ Years of experience.
- Sound knowledge of Performance testing (using JMeter) & Security testing (using ZAP).
- Hands-on experience in automation skills (Web and Mobile apps) with Selenium Web driver.
- Experience in Ecommerce Application Testing, B2B, B2C, and C2C applications (preferred).
- Experience in handling a team of testers (preferably 6+).
- Proficient in handling client communication.
- Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good experience in test risk management.
- Experience in iterative development methodologies like Agile with DevOps (CI/CD, etc).
