The impact you will create on the Job:

Own multiple projects simultaneously, honing analytic and project management skills

Lead, motivate and coach project team members for successful timely delivery of analytics projects

Provide thought leadership and innovation within and across projects

Assist in developing new business with existing and new customers

Develop and implement specific frameworks and processes for smooth execution

Contribute to Unbxd's capability building and knowledge creation

Coach, mentor, and conduct training programs

Preferred Qualifications

2-3 years of full-time program management experience within an engineering department.

Exposure to machine learning, Search technologies and Data Analytics functions.

Hands on experience on managing cross-disciplinary programs.

Hands on experience managing projects using Agile (Scrum/ Kanban) methods.

Mastered agile methods and practices through multiple teams (Scrum and Kanban).

Strong practical and advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life-cycle of Large-scale programs and projects.

Ability to manage multiple major concurrent projects.

Strong communication skills; skilled at cross-functional and cross-organizational.

Strong practical and advanced theoretical understanding of managing the life-cycle of Large-scale programs and projects.

Strong experience with software engineering and machine learning practices. Ability to traverse both vertically and horizontally in an organization.

Mastery of planning and collaboration tools.

Experience working with US customers/clients
