Position: Business Analyst / IT Project Manager
Qualification: MCA / B.Tech / B.E. in Any Specialization
Experience required: 3-6 Years of Experience

Desired Skills

• Managing the software development team and processes.
• Track key deliverable to ensure timely execution.
• Identify and evaluate emerging use-cases, user stories and feature requests.
• Mentor software development teams using agile approaches and best practices for requirements definition, time estimation, coding, testing, version control and documentation.
• Monitor compliance and implement performance metrics.
• Manage the product backlog and feature requests, from within Jira, ADO and from clients.
• Ensure continuous client satisfaction with the product.
• Ensure successful and timely client demos.
• Report as required on project performance both internally and to clients, including producing regular monthly/weekly internal status reports and quarterly progress reports.

Job Guidelines

As an IT Business Process Analyst at NetiApps, you will be responsible for both implementing new systems and supporting existing systems for global core organizational functions for your domain. You are required to use the following standardized release procedures: coordinating, planning, monitoring, documenting, testing, and scheduling in a manner consistent with department standards when applicable. You will also help align the capabilities of the company s software and design business processes and requirements based on business needs.
