Job Summary
  • Research and identify trending topics, themes, and speakers relevant to the target audience.
  • Develop compelling conference agendas, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and other relevant sessions.
  • Liaise with industry experts, potential speakers, and stakeholders to secure their participation and contributions to the event.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective promotional strategies to attract attendees and sponsors.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services.
  • Oversee the production of event materials such as programs, brochures, signage, and multimedia presentations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the event team, ensuring seamless execution on the day(s) of the event.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure the success of the conference and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor events, and emerging technologies in event planning.
