Job Summary POSITION SUMMARY: The incumbent is a part of CRM CoE team and will focus on conceptualization, development & delivery of Customer Relationship Management solutions JOB DESCRIPTION: CRM solutions (internal) & implementations (external): o Work on new product framework development o Define product capabilities as per business needs and industry trends o Understand vertical need from customers/ prospects/ analysts o Provide development specs to the developers o Test the solution o Provide SME consulting during implementations o Perform hands-on BA role during implementations Manage functionalities roadmap in line with global trends Demo, POCs, Workshop to prospects, customers and partners Functional scoping of complex RFPs, RFIs & opportunities Working on Marketing content, campaigns and messaging Making functional presentations to the clients, partners, SIs and Analysts SKILLS REQUIRED : B. Tech and/or MBA graduate having 5+ years of relevant experience in customer interaction in the areas like Presales, Business Analysis, consultancy etc. around CRM domain relating to solution design/implementation/consulting. Hands-on functional experience of a leading CRM product and implementation processes Thorough understanding of at least 1 key CRM process (preferably Customer Service) Exposure to pre-sales is preferable Good experience in MS-Office suite and documentation skills Good understanding of business objectives and challenges Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within India/Outside India and work as per project requirements Good Presentation skills Strong communication and inter-personal skills Motivated self-starter with the ability to learn and adapt, expertise and passion for consumer technologies WORK LOCATION: Delhi-NCR
