Job Summary The incumbent will be: Responsible for Software Installation, System Study, Implementation of S/w Product/ Solutions, Testing, Integration of S/w Product/ Solutions, Training, and Trouble Shooting, etc. Responsible for handling customer relationships. Job Responsibilities: Act as a bridge between Client and Development/Implementation teams. Manages and maintains server and client configurations. Problem Identification and Resolution. Investigate the issues reported by users and provide a solution for L1 issues. Investigate issues reported by users and coordinate with L2 & L3 teams for resolution. Preventive Monitoring &Maintenance. Expert in all types of log analysis. User acceptance testing and user Hand Holdings. Desired Profile The incumbent must be BCA/B.Sc(IT)/B.Tech(EC)(with 60% throughout academic standard)from a reputed institute, with 1-3 years of relevant industry experience. The candidate should have good interpersonal, communication skill,s and troubleshooting skills. Good knowledge of OS and Application/Web Server is must. Good Knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) is required. Good knowledge of MSSQL or Oracle database (concepts, query writing skills), OS, application server (JBoss, WebLogic or WebSphere) and programming skills. Should have: Leadership abilities, self-driven, critical thinking, analytical skills, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal & written communication,customer service skills, presentation & report generation skills, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye for detail, perseverance, discreetness & diplomacy, sound independent decision making and team work. Should be flexible for 24*7 (rotational shifts).
