Functional Area: Product Management

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the business end users and technology teams.
• You will be responsible for writing Business Requirement in the form of stories and acceptance criteria in JIRA
• You will be required to create wireframes, data mapping, ETL, sitemap and system requirement (non-functional requirements) for the product.
• Document requirements, explain these to dev team and run scrum meetings to ensure all development is being done by development team meets requirements.

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of end user documents, training materials, technical documentation and user demos.

• Managing scope changes within a Sprint / Release by facilitating impact analysis and considering modifications to the plan.

• Write and help execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate and verify product performance and functionality

• Document scope of work, sprint plans, workflow, user guide, etc as needed for the product.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond.
• You will be responsible to manage sprint and backlog as per the features and functions of the product.
• Ensure that the Sprint Goal is set and understood by the team
• Grow the products and features for both existing and new products.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders (Management, Business Development Team, and Project Management team)
• Ensure active participation from the team during planning meetings, especially during the requirements discussions and scope planning.
• Answer queries of business users and address their concerns promptly.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

• Must have 8 years or more experience as system analysis and/or software development role; creating business and system requirement, documenting and leading initiatives related to new product development.
• Experience in Retail or Supply Chain industry is a big plus
• Must have experience of working in a client-facing consulting environment
• Must have experience in Scrum Agile methodology (along with SDLC).
• Proficiency in utilizing computer systems such as Word, Excel, Access, Project PowerPoint, swagger, Bitbucket, Github, and Visio as well as Internet technologies.
• Understanding of web services, APIs, and associated interchange formats is a big plus
• Excellent analytical & Problem-solving skills with a self-learning attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
