Job Summary

We at NK Tech are looking for an experienced and passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our IT Sales team!!

Business Development Manager Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales experience in IT services and software.
  • Prior team leading experience. Should be able to manage a team of 8-10 people under them. Which will include Business Development Executive and Tele callers.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving approach.
  • They should have their own laptop and vehicle.
