The Cyber Security team isresponsible to protect Nokia critical data. We define the security operatingprocedures and the security baselines. We also define the security architecturein close cooperation with the Enterprise Architecture team.

The final accountability to protectdata assets and accept security risks is with the data owner in the business.The Cyber Security team provides support to them to achieve compliance andselect suppliers, and architectures that are secure by design.

We assess proposed IT solutions,detect security gaps and issues, evaluate the risks for the company and proposesolutions to mitigate or remediate those risks.

The Cyber Security team workstogether closely with the IT teams, and participates in the governance of theIT suppliers. This to guarantee the quality of the security services that aredelivered to Nokia.

Finally, as no environment is fullysecure, the team also builds the proper security incident capabilities, basedon big data analytics to collect and process security information from theentire Nokia environment. The team is also responsible for the resolution ofthese incidents, and drives the subsequent remediation.

Cyber Security acts in anenvironment which is rapidly evolving from traditional IT to digitalcloud-based. Developments are agile, in a variety of DevOps structures. So anin depth understanding of these technologies and development methodologies isessential.

As a Cyber Security SW Engineer you work closely with the business stakeholders to designand build methods to enhance their security posture, mainly in the area of BGsecurity. You enjoy working on a wide variety of security solutions andtechnology stacks.

The Cyber Security SW Engineer is accountable for recommending solutions and givingguidance & support to ensure Nokia information is protected in line withthe Nokia Information Security Policy. This should be done in a cost effectiveand innovative way bringing value to the BG teams & IT teams throughsimplification, standardization and homogenization.

• Drive the Cyber Security automation software development lifecycle; defining, prioritizing, designing, implementing, and testing new features
• Define or assist in definition of strategy for the evolution of technical security solutions (technology choices, architecture)
• Architect, design and implement scalable technical security solutions
• Develop or implement open-source/third-party tools to assist in detection, prevention, analysis and mitigation of security threats
• Design and build proof of concept prototype solutions
• Validate security controls proposed by the BG teams and IT or Nokia suppliers
• Understand and help improve the actual security posture of the business stakeholders

• Demonstrated ability to do agile development

• Expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems

• Knowledge of and experience with AI/ML is a plus
• TCP/IP networking knowledge
