The Position As The Manager for Global Data Office department in Cross DD&IT is responsible to: Ensure overall efficient and effective delivery/Maintenance of Informatica and Abinitio Platform which is responsible for integration among various applications and data sources. Lead the team in managing day-to-day-aspects of Deliverables, support, releases, upgrades & enhancements. Work collaboratively with Department Managers, Directors, RTEs and ART leadership Confers with management and functional teams to ensure proper integration of business processes and procedures with applicable technologies within Cross IT and GDO. Guides management of the overall cost, efficiency considerations, operating advantages and disadvantages, and resources associated with the adoption of a new solution. Strive to implement and establish Agile Delivery Model and DevOps setup in Data Office Overall management of the department, resources who deliver application development and support services across GDO and Cross IT Solutions landscape Establish and sustain excellent relationship IT Vendors to ensure that delivery expectations and communication alignment are managed Establish and sustain excellent relationship with Key stakeholders across NN especially in HQ, Business Areas to ensure stakeholders are involved in key decision making, delivery expectations and communication alignment are managed Manage the team to deliver IT deliveries according to ITSMM governance model and procedures (QMS) Professional reputation and respected on all levels and across NN organisation Responsible for Stakeholder management including Line of Business (LoB) and Vendor Management. Establish healthy and safe working conditions and workplaces within own area of responsibility for both Novo Nordisk employees and non-Novo Nordisk employees. Qualifications Bachelors or master s degree with 12+ years of relevant experience with IT. 5+ Years Experience in leading teams and people. Pharma or relevant industry experience preferred . Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users. Ability to represent NN in relations with users and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills written and orally in English. Exceptional team leader with integrity, confidence and composure Self-managed, Team player and leader. Integrity and accountability.
