The Position The role is to support, as a unique team-member, the Global Evidence, Pricing & Access team with a primary focus on value strategy & payer engagement (VSPE). As a Senior Global Value Strategy & Payer Engagement Manager , you will be responsible for: Management of Payer value communication materials & tools, regular update of payer engagement tools, support development of target access profile & market access strategy and drive MLR reviews & reference management for value communication tools on PromoMats. Conduct trainings and workshops with affiliates and HQ in the payer value story and the value communication tools for asset. Provide guidance and support to affiliates to help them execute strategies and tactics in local settings, address their queries, etc and collaborate with affiliates and stakeholders for supporting the development of market access strategies for new indication/launches. Maintenance of eCVDs for affiliate access to value story, tools, trainings, and publications. Collaboration within GEPA team and other units to ensure timely update of value communication tools and availability on eCVD. Developing eCVD tracking reports to generate insights of the activities on eCVD. Effectively collaborate with VSPE team in DK status updates, team meetings, etc. Deliver internal trainings and presentations on payer value communication and market access at key forums. Mentor and support VSPE team members to ensure optimal performance ensuring new employees get technical learning support/session. Handhold to make them understand project management skill. Qualifications Graduate degree in life or health sciences / pharmacy or health economics. Master s Degree from a well-recognized institute. Minimum 7-8 years of experience from either working with pharma / healthcare industry. Experience in Market Access, value strategy, value communication is preferred. Demonstrates ability to understand and interpret clinical/health economic data and translate findings into impactful communication materials. Diabetes & Obesity therapy area knowledge would be a benefit. Technical skills: Veeva PromoMats, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Word is a must. Experience with in-design, photoshop systems is an advantage.
