Job Summary

Job Description:- Manage and steer both IT and business key stakeholders to adopt cost effective solutions and ensure successful projects delivery Ensure projects & enhancements are delivered successfully within budget, on schedule and adhering to internal processes & standards such as IT security standard and SDLC framework Collaborate with team members, software architects, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver projects in a timely manner Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context Maintains awareness of digital ecommerce trends and actively collaborate with digital marketing business users to propose potential improvements Propose alternative solutions and technologies to improve and bring about high quality system solutions Identify, manage and resolve complex issues, preventing escalations, where possible Manage, negotiate and resolve project risks effectively to ensure deliverables are on track Assist in supporting multiple application systems Requirement:- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related disciplines Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with a keen appreciation of business needs especially in ecommerce and strong interest in business processes Able to understand, appreciate and translate business problem into solutions A highly motivated self-starter who possess positive mindset, a doer mentality, proactive with a strong sense of ownership Strong stakeholder management including vendor management Good business acumen and ability to negotiate with business partners Strong customer orientation and able to manage customer expectations Ability to work under pressure on exciting projects and possess strong interest, passion in technology and its application Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change in a fast-paced environment Demonstrate strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to details Project management and/or agile certification will be a plus. Independent and team player Ideally, you have at least 10 years of Software Application experience with a track record of managing software engineering teams, delivering enterprise architecture and large-scale application platforms. Experience with methodologies such as SDLC / Agile Scrum, Kanban, or any DevOps frameworks. Significant experience in software development and architecture using Microsoft.net. Excellent communication and strong stakeholder management skills are a must for this role given the diverse business and team culture. Candidates from consulting firms are welcomed
