Technical Lead Job in Nu10

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage a 10+ member development team comprising of back-end, front-end, QA, devops, data engineers, etc.
• Coach & guide the team members, upskill them in a timely manner and help them in troubleshooting
• Implement and design the architecture required to build a complex and scalable payments application supporting high TPS
• Define and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and security protocols to maintain the integrity of our platform
• Prepare documentation, write approach notes, plan sprints and manage daily standup meetings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve the desired outcome
• Conduct review discussions & demo calls with business and technology stakeholders, and internal and external clients.
• Continuous monitoring and maintenance of server and applications
• Identify problems and effectively communicate solutions to peers and management on the improvements
• Take complete accountability of delivery timelines and quality
• Stay informed about the latest developments in the web3 and cryptocurrency spaces, adapting our strategies as needed
