Job Description

- Oliveboard is looking to hire a mid-senior level candidate with a proven experience in affiliate marketing to lead our Affiliate and Partnerships vertical.

- Responsible for the growth and performance of Oliveboard s Affiliate marketing initiatives.

- Build new partnerships with high potential partners

- Monitor, Manage and grow existing affiliate partnerships

- Responsible for achieving the key business metrics for all the affiliate channels

- Set up deal structures, negotiate and close partnerships

- Build a team affiliate marketing executives to manage campaigns and partnerships

- Interface with internal marketing teams to ensure

Job Qualifications

- At least 4 years of experience in managing affiliate marketing for a B2C company preferably in the education space

- Complete ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company s success

- Analytically strong

- Critical thinker and the ability to think navigate through ambiguous situations

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
