Plan, develop, and lead projects based around key initiatives ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting project goals and vision

Understand and solve complex problems, create new solutions, leveraging and, and adapting existing methods and procedures

Proficiently handle various projects and make sure it s completed within stipulated timelines

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and meet their needs. Make sure the implementation and project delivery is successful

Analyze and handle project risks to ensure success

Push change management and communications management drives for allocated projects

Lead regular project management tasks like project team meetings, conferences, discussions, daily project status updates, and more
-
Create corporate presentations and the required reports and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders

Track KPIs to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of projects

Ability to participate in solution validation and due diligence

A self-motivated approach to managing challenges and the foresight to understand client needs

Must have excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, client management, and presentation skills

Exceptional leadership skills and the aptitude to manage others efficaciously

Working knowledge of MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

A PMP certificate is preferred
