Director Project Management Job in Open Access Technology International, Inc.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or computer science, or a related field, Juris Doctor Degree from an accredited law school or Master's degree in project management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of electric utility experience in operations, planning, trading, or Information Technology.
• Experience in resource management.
• Experience as Technical Project Lead or Project Manager in electrical utility operations/trading, technology deployments, or compliance programs.
• Demonstrated career progression in technical, management, and personal growth.
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Working knowledge of FERC, NERC, and NAESB regulations and standards
• Contract negotiation or Legal experience (a plus)
• Spanish language proficiency (a plus)
• Acceptable background investigation report
• U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
• Local to MN
