Job Summary

What you will be doing: Generating demand /leads for Payroll product , and evangelise connected banking with Payroll ,Make daily outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective clients . Conducting Payroll Demos for inbound & Outbound leads. Engage with CXOs , HR , Finance professionals in target companies and drive conversions ensuring MRR is achieved. Ensuring smooth onboarding & implementation of new clients Conducting Dry run and ensuring smoother handover to HR and finance team of clients who have been converted. Working closely with product team to give feedback on the product and close coordination with core sales team Providing month end support to clients for ensuring timely payroll processing What you ll bring along: Bachelor s degree or higher, preferably in business, commerce, finance, or related discipline. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in working in HRMS & Payroll software solutions with a minimum of 2-3 years experience . Good understanding of Statutory compliance related to payroll. Prior experience of implementing payroll setup for SME or enterprise accounts . Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English. Hindi would be an added advantage. Flexibility to work during weekend as payroll processing is critical to every business Results and Time Focused: You can prioritize, organize, and make sure activities are getting completed on time basis with best results.
