Job Summary

Overview

The Manager, Marketing Operations position is a critical role within the OpsRamp Marketing Team. You will be part of the Global Marketing Operations team, a fast-paced, highly technical, and innovative team pushing the boundaries of SaaS marketing. Our ideal candidate has deep marketing automation executional skills with the ability to learn fast, operate with excellence, and sweat the details.

Responsibilities:


  • Execute high-touch, multi-channel campaign strategies across diverse audience prospects including IT operations heads, managers, and administrators. Tactics including conferences, webinars, digital (website, social), email, public relations, paid media, and content syndication.
  • Manage technical aspects of campaign execution across the marketing tools stack such as HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Demandbase, DiscoverOrg, and Outreach (or similar martech tools).
  • Closely track conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage by measuring overall campaign impact by product and program. Develop and implement testing plans to drive continual improvement.
  • Develop consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards representing pipeline and revenue performance across different campaigns.
  • Evaluate, implement and roll out new technologies to improve campaign performance. Adhere and champion data governance guidelines.


Requirements:


  • 7+ years of experience in global marketing automation. Well versed with B2B marketing, with enterprise IT as the primary audience.
  • Strong experience in managing a diverse martech tools such as marketing automation, account-based marketing, salesforce automation, data validation.
  • Solid expertise configuring, testing, and trouble-shooting campaigns across marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or Eloqua.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce.com and account-based marketing tools such as Demandbase or Radius is highly preferred.
  • Explain and educate team members on how marketing automation works using best practices and workflows for operationalizing campaign strategies.
  • Implement demand generation best practices using available tech stack. Share findings based on learnings, data, and insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to juggle complex projects at the same time.
  • Meet deadlines and work collaboratively across different time zones in a fast-paced, loosely structured, highly dynamic environment.
