Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service.
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues.
  • Provide support to other programmers and developers.
  • Solid understanding of the Android development life cycle.
  • Translate customer needs and requirements into application solutions.
  • Maintain, manage and update technical system documentation.

Technical Skills You Should Have

  • Hands-on experience with Windows OS Environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
