7 years of domain experience in providing solutions around IT infrastructure management using CA Technologies Enterprise Management System in terms of implementation, solution design project management of EMS projects
Proficient in Designing and implementing solutions with CA Service Assurance tools
Worked extensively with EMS products from CA like CA SDM, NSM, Wily, ITCM, Ehealth, Spectrum, NetQOS & Access Control & NAGIOS CORE /NAGIOS XI
Plan, develop, review and implement an Enterprise Management System

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Preferred Certified on Nagios\CA tool
Configuration, implementation and management of CA Wily, CA NetQOS, CA Access Control
Configuration, implementation and management of CA Ehealth , CA NSM, CA Spectrum , CA Service Desk Management, Service Operation Insight SOI, NAGIOS CORE /NAGIOS XI
Working knowledge of VMware,UNIX, Linux and scripting and databases SQL, MYSQL, Oracle, Weblogic, Jboss, Tomcat, IBM Websphere,
Event and alert management, SNMP protocol
Basic knowledge of ITIL V3 concepts.
Good communication and customer interaction skills.
Troubleshooting & Analytical skills.

Qualification :
B.E/B.Tech
