Job Description: Orion India Systems Pvt Ltd requires a Project Manager. This PM role is to be played in a Project Management Office of Sports business unit that runs on Agile Scrum principles, building, and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the latest tech stacks in cloud platform. Essential Functions of the Job: Be empathic to all roles of the SDLC lifecycle. Identity and act the people needs of the Programs you are involved (Hiring & Firing) Be available and reachable always during work hours. It s a MUST that to be available in office 3 days a week. Ensure process is adhered in all activities. Work along with Team seniors to assist in Delivery plans and avoid any risks for deliverables. Communicate, Organize and execute team bonding activities Be part of CMMI, SOC2 and ISO level Audits Participate in all organizational activities. Identify and discuss any process improvements needed for team, organization and for own career improvements. Always document everything that is to be official Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities: Analyze and resolve business and people problems. Assess opportunities for team and process improvement and prepare documentation of rationale to share with team members and other affected parties. Adhere to high-quality documentation principles that helps delivering solutions on-time and on-budget. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of software. Demonstrates strong analytical and situation problem-solving skills Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Hands on with JIRA, Confluence as Project Management tool. Great oral and written English communication skills. Quick and effective PPT slide preparation skills. Effort estimation skills Public speaking ability and stage owning capabilities. Other Requirements: Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders Strong initiative to find ways to improve ideas & processes for the targeted result Required Qualifications: Minimum 4 years experience in direct Project-People-Process management role Minimum 8+ years experience in IT industry College or University degree in Computer Science Any backlog management tool like JIRA / TFS/ ADO Hands on experience with basic prototyping to convert business ideas to dev team via workflows Must understand the versioning of products: Why, How, and what. Excellent and effective communication skills Documentation of meetings, process, client feedbacks & presenting in an effective way to PMO & Leadership Technical Requirements: Exposure to JIRA or TFS is mandate Prototyping tools hands-on Must have been worked in 3 years the least in Agile scrum model Intuitive report generation skills on progress, versioning etc Documentation tools like Confluence Certification Requirements (preferred): PMP or relevant certifications are always value add-on
