Job Description - DevOps Lead 8+ years of Experience as a DevOps Lead Leading a delivery team of DevOps engineers at offshore Work closely with onsite DevOps architect and the offshore DevOps Engineers and planning of task allocation Guide the DevOps engineers and bring in best practice for DevOps tools implementation Participate in client calls for understanding the requirements and Client reporting and escalation management Knowledge of Sprint planning and Agile methodology Play a key role in the initial DevOps discovery and assessment of current tools/processes Conduct discovery and assessment of the existing DevOps practices and present findings MUST have experience with DevOps tools stack Jenkins, SonarQube, Selenium, Nexus, BlackDuck, Coverity, Ansible, Nexus IQ MUST have experience on AWS Serverless and On Prem Blue-Green and Canary deployments though Jenkins CICD pipelines. CDK and SAM templates standardization Hands-on deep experience to develop and implement a well-orchestrated and repeatable continuous integration, continuous deployment pipelines / jobs using Jenkins with deployment on On Prem and AWS serverless environments Good Presentation, Documentation and Client facing skills
