Job Summary
- Responsible forSales, Financials, People and Delivery for Cloud Business Unit
- Assisting in Pre-Sales to understand the requirement from the client and preparing the business case/estimates/proposals.
- Hiring, coaching and growing the delivery team for Cloud Migration/Optimization and Managed Services.
- Handling deliverables/releases for cloud migration and managed services.
- Handling client expectations and internal SLAs
- Managing and handling client satisfaction scores keeping escalations low
- Engaging and managing partnerships with cloud partners and vendors as needed
- Responsible for growing and managing team for 24*7 Managed Services - Infrastructure Monitoring, Application Monitoring, ITSM, Log Management, Security, Incident Handling & Resolution
- Creating, improving and maintaining the processes for the cloud service deliveries
